Pleasant

It's an inexpensive hotel so the expectations are based on the price point. The first time I stayed was in 705, which was a little tired but functional. The second time was 605, which was really dilapidated. The light in the bathroom didn't work. It was amazing value for 705, but just ok value for 605.

Reasonable price

Price was reasonable for the type of room provided. Staff was so kind and hospitable. The room was quite spacious, toilet is clean but old. Mattress was very hard, but overall was nice stay for one night

Close to the train station

The hotel is very close to the train station, only a 3 minutes walk. They have parking space in front of the hotel.

It’s an old hotel, all facilities are old and simple. The tiles and taps in the bathroom look old and unclean. The cleaning ladies always miss something when they clean our room, either they forgot to throw away used packets of shampoo from previous guests, or they made my partner’s bed but left mine unmade. Like most other hotels in Taiwan, the rooms are not soundproof. Their breakfast hours are too early, from 6.30am to 8.30am.
